1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Library Modules, whether through our website or our mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service

2 Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date
• You may not create an account on behalf of someone else without their permission, or create multiple accounts to evade a ban or restriction
• You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

3 Uploaded Content & Developer Responsibility

Library Modules allows registered users ("Developers") to upload and publish modules, applications, and related content ("Uploaded Content") for other users to discover and download

• You retain ownership of your Uploaded Content, but by publishing it on Library Modules, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and allow other users to download it through the Service
• You are solely responsible for your Uploaded Content, including ensuring you have the necessary rights to publish it, that it does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and that it does not contain malware or malicious code
• We do not pre-screen every piece of Uploaded Content before it becomes publicly available. We rely on user reports and our own review to identify and act on content that violates these Terms
• Use at your own risk — while we take reasonable steps to keep the platform safe, Library Modules does not guarantee that any module or app uploaded by a third-party Developer is safe, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Always review a module's description, permissions, and reviews before installing it on your device

4 Acceptable Use

When using Library Modules, you agree that you will not

• Upload content that is illegal, infringes the intellectual property rights of others, or that you do not have the right to distribute
• Upload malware, ransomware, spyware, or any code designed to damage, disable, or gain unauthorized access to another user's device or data
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users, including through reviews, replies, or the messaging feature
• Post fake reviews, manipulate download/like counts, or otherwise attempt to artificially inflate statistics
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' accounts
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms

5 Reviews, Ratings & Messaging

Reviews and the Inbox/Chat feature are provided to help the community share honest feedback and communicate directly. You agree that any review, reply, or message you post will be honest, relevant, and respectful. We reserve the right to remove any review or message, and to restrict messaging privileges, in cases of abuse, spam, or harassment

6 Library Modules Store

Library Modules Store allows Developers to list paid module bundles for sale. Please note the following

• Library Modules acts only as a listing and discovery platform. Payment for any Store product is completed through an external, third-party payment link provided by the seller (such as Lynk.id or a similar service) — we are not a party to that transaction
• Pricing, product description, refund policy, and delivery of any Store product are the sole responsibility of the Developer who listed it. Any dispute regarding a purchase should first be directed to that Developer
• Library Modules does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or legality of any Store listing, and is not responsible for losses arising from a transaction made through an external payment link
• We reserve the right to remove any Store listing that violates these Terms or applicable law

7 Verified Developer Badge

The verified developer badge is awarded automatically based on objective criteria (such as total modules published and total downloads), as described in our Verified Developer Badge guide. Badge criteria may change over time, and we reserve the right to revoke a badge if the underlying content is removed or found to be in violation of these Terms

8 Intellectual Property

The Library Modules name, logo, app design, and website design are the property of Library Modules and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission. This does not affect your ownership of your own Uploaded Content as described in Section 3

9 Content Moderation & Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to

• Remove or restrict access to any Uploaded Content, review, or message that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law
• Suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms, including repeated or severe violations
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time, as described in our Privacy Policy

10 Disclaimers

The Service, and all content available through it, is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Library Modules and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service, including any Uploaded Content downloaded through it

12 Changes to the Service & These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Service or for legal and operational reasons. If we make material changes, we will notify you through an in-app announcement or by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us through the channels below
